It then travels across the forecourt and out of view.
The strange event took place on 12 May, as reported by Need To Know.
The bizarre scenes were filmed on the Bijawar-Chhatarpur road in Madhya Pradesh, India.
The motorbike is believed to have ended its journey by falling onto its side.
Fortunately, it did not collide with any petrol pumps on the premises and avoided a potential calamity.
It is not clear where the bike set off from or how it started moving.
It is also unclear who owns the motorcycle and how long it travelled on its own.
Road users are said to have been stunned when they saw the riderless bike in motion.
