Correa suffered her whole life with osteogenesis imperfecta, better known as brittle bone disease.
The condition is part of group of genetic disorders that all result in bones that break easily.
The Panamanian influencer suffered a serious fall earlier this year that required extensive physio treatment.
At the time, she fractured her hip, coccyx and several ribs.
On 25 October, Correa shared her last post on Instagram to her 137,000 followers.
The clip shows her taking part in one of her final physiotherapy sessions.
She wrote: “Therapy Girl.
“I am still recovering from the fractures, these 6 months have been as much about recovering my mental health as my physical health, there have been very bad times and very good times.”
She added: “We carry on because this little body will never give up.”
Sadly, Correa’s body was unable to recover from the head injury caused by her final fall.
She spent several days fighting for her life at the Doctor Arnulfo Arias Madrid Hospital in Panama City, as reported by Need To Know.
Several Latin American celebrities paid tribute to the late influencer, including Colombian superstar Karol G.
Correa, who studied law at the Santa María La Antigua University, worked in radio before becoming a content creator on Instagram and TikTok.
She campaigned against discrimination, which she said she suffered her whole life due to her condition.
Her story inspired many to overcome their barriers and pursue their dreams regardless of any physical obstacles.
