A motorbike bomb has been detonated just as a cop car was passing through the area.
The bike, packed with explosives, was abandoned on a main road near a hospital and a church.
A CCTV clip of the explosion shows the motorcycle parked by the side of the road just as the police patrol passes by.

A huge fireball fills the street moments later.
The explosion shakes nearby buildings and fills the area in thick smoke.
Local residents are heard screaming in shock as the dust slowly settles.
A motorist in a white pickup truck appeared to bear the brunt of the blast.
The alleged attack took place in Jamundí near Cali City in Colombia at around 6.50am last Friday (8 Nov).
The explosion, which happened near the Piloto Jamundí Hospital, left 15 people injured.
The police vehicle and the pickup truck were both damaged in the blast along with several nearby homes and buildings.
The authorities believe a criminal organisation was targeting the police patrol.
They suspect it was carried out by members of the Residual Organised Armed Group ‘Jaime Martínez’.
The armed group is locked in a fierce battle with the Colombian security forces, as reported by Need To Know.
It was the fourth explosion in Jamundí in less than 72 hours, sparking panic in the small town.
Local lawyer Stuart León said: “These are not good days in Jamundí.
“We once again experienced a terrorist attack with a motorbike bomb in the neighbourhood of El Piloto, just a few metres from the municipal hospital.”
Senator Carlos Fernando Motoa said: “Attacks with drones, explosives and motorbike bombs in Jamundí during the last week.
“This reveals the deficiencies that still exist in the region in terms of security.
“Municipalities are overwhelmed by violence and the governor admits to being incapable of solving it, leaving the population to their fate with no more protection than a few uniformed officers.”
An investigation into the alleged attacks is ongoing.
