Shocking footage has captured the moment a small plane crashed into the ocean.
The aircraft was carrying a single passenger who has been named as Juan Carlos Torres Ticlla.
Impact from the crash left the 22-year-old injured, but he is not in a serious condition.

In the video, the aircraft appears to descend quickly.
The pilot appears to attempt a manoeuvre to prevent the plane from hitting rocks nearby.
The jet then smashes into the surface of the water, toppling upside down before resting in the ocean.
Juan was able to get himself out of the aircraft alone before a fisherman who witnessed the accident came to his rescue.
Once he had reached the shore, he was treated by national police officers.
The crash occurred on Curayacu Beach, in San Bartolo, Lima, Peru on 11 November.
This location belongs to a private club, as reported by Need To Know.
Dante Vera, who is the general manager of the club, also witnessed the accident.
He said that he had spotted the plane flying quite low over the ocean.
The recreational flight would have departed from the Lib Mandà airfield, in San Bartolo.
Authorities are still investigating the exact causes of the incident.
