‘Queen of Dungeons’ Madame Caramel has been in the industry for over 18 years and runs her very own ‘Club Black Whip ’in east London.
The concept has proven to be quite the hit with pleasure seekers with over 1,000 “satisfied” guests since it first opened its doors.
Madame Caramel also operates two other UK locations, including one in Bayswater and one further afield, in Maldon, Essex.

Talking to Need To Know, the dominatrix gives a rare insight into this often taboo world.
In Bayswater, she has collaborated with Mistress Anne Tittou – a fellow dominatrix – to provide guests with specialist equipment including bondage furniture, impact play tools and a restraints collection.
Meanwhile, in Essex, she has worked with Mistress Lorraine to offer five themed ‘sets’ – including a medical room for an extra fee.
There’s also a classic ‘elegant’ boudoir with a flashy double bed, armchair, TV and kitchenette for people to fulfil their fantasies.
Over in east London’s Hoxton, a dungeon suite offers a BDSM play space in a flat with its very own ‘rubber room’ featuring specialist equipment.
It also has a ‘primary chamber’ containing a whipping bench, bondage furniture and even the St. Andrew’s Cross.
Finally, Madam Caramel’s Belgian dungeon offers the opportunity to take your desires to Europe.
Located in Diest, it’s under an hour from bustling Antwerp.
There’s a double bed, a walk-in shower and a dungeon stocked with BDSM toys.
There’s even a sauna available to rent for a fee.
The Diest dungeon also offers gloves, condoms, lubes and disinfectant wipes to make sure guests can be clean and comfortable, alongside complimentary drinks.
The spaces can be booked through Madame’s website but she also hosts private events with screening carried out to “ensure the right mix of couples”.
