A mum has gone under six surgeries all at once in Turkey costing £40,000 in a bid to “turn back the clock” but has been left looking no different.
Tracy Kiss often hits the headlines with her wild cosmetic procedures.
The 38-year-old recently revealed shelling out £2,000 per month on a “biohacking” blood filtering technique to “stay looking young forever”.
Now, the model, from Buckinghamshire, has gone back under the knife again to “reclaim” her body before hitting 40.
And this time, she’s had the works; including a labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, stress incontinence surgery, mole removal, wisdom teeth removal and Invisalign teeth straightening.
In total, it cost an eye-watering £40,000 to turn back the clock – but Tracy said it left her looking “no different”.
“I believe in doing something once, and doing it properly, rather than buying cheap and paying twice,” Tracy told Need To Know.

“I know it might seem a little extreme or unusual to travel to another country to have six surgeries at once, but it all makes perfect sense.
“I am a strong and healthy biohacking mum of two teenagers.
“But my body will start to change soon.
“And while I might look no different, I feel years younger.”
Tracy flew to Istanbul, Turkey on 27 October 2025 following a video call consultation with her surgeon.
She first had a labiaplasty, which reshapes and reduces the size of the labia, and is her second one to date.
The influencer said: “My labia had regrown over a period of eight years.
“The most likely link here is that the regenerative treatments that I’ve undergone have been successful in promoting cellular turnover and collagen synthesis through my entire body.
“And had an amplified effect on the vascular tissue of my labia, causing it to regenerate.
“It was much like having a trim at the hairdressers.”
Next up with a vaginoplasty, which removes any trauma caused by the natural birth of her two children.
It increases tightness and elasticity, including the strength of the pelvic floor.
Tracy decided to combine both the vaginoplasty and labiaplasty to revert her “downstairs” back to a pre-motherhood state.
And another issue that is closely related to both of these procedures is stress incontinence.
Tracy also suffers from Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which she has been battling with since birth.
Last year, after she sought out medical advice, an official diagnosis was given.
Incontinence, however, is a linked issue.
She said: “I’ve had two instances over the past year where I sneezed multiple times with a full bladder and laughed hysterically at a joke.
“I felt a small trickle in my underwear while I made an urgent beeline for the toilet.
“The thought of every fully wetting myself involuntarily felt incredibly concerning.
“My symptoms will only worsen with time and age, so I’d rather address this now.”
A more cosmetic issue, but one that is advised to prevent risk of cancer, is mole removal.
Tracy said: “I have previously had several moles privately removed due to them being raised and painfully caching on my clothing and bleeding.
“It’s a little housekeeping treatment for me.
“I don’t suspect any of them to be sinister, or cancerous, but it’s good to be safe, rather than sorry.”
And finally, Tracy’s smile.
Her pearly gnashers are all natural and even though she jetted off to Turkey to have them seen to, she’s not returned with “Turkey teeth”.

As she’s unable to voluntarily have her wisdom teeth removed in the UK, she chose to do this at the same time as her “full body MOT”.
She said: “It’s entirely preventative.
“It removes the risk of infection and will help to maintain the alignment of my surrounding teeth.
“Once they’ve been removed, I will have aligners fitted to revert my smile back to a straight one.
“I had my teeth straightened many years ago, with fixed braces, but I failed to wear my retainers.
“I’ve since had wires fitted top and bottom to the back of my teeth, as well as sleeping with top and bottom plastic retainers to keep them in place.
“But this is keeping them in their shifted position, not the perfectly straight alignment that I had them initially moved to with braces.”
Tracy says her decision to go ahead with these procedures, all at once, is out of “self-love and not vanity”.
She added: “If anything, I look no different appearance-wise before and after, but I feel like a new woman because of it.
“Motherhood taught me to be selfless, but it also taught me that I can only pour from a full cup.
“When our physical body is causing us pain, discomfort or embarrassment, that cup is perpetually drained.

“This journey is for function and mental liberation.
“It’ll allow me to exercise without chafing, laugh without fear and feel fully comfortable in my own skin.
“Life is far too short to stay silent or ignore intimate issues or concerns that can be easily rectified or improved.
“As time and age changes the bodies that we were once used to and loved, we deserve to regain control and take charge of our own identity, body and life choices.”
