A woman said to have the ‘biggest lips in the world’ has revealed the astonishing amount she’s spent on her voluptuous pout – but says she’s been “blacklisted” by 30 doctors.
Andrea Ivanova recently sent fans into a frenzy after sharing a picture while out to dinner with friends.
While chowing down on pizza, cheesy spaghetti and salads, people worried she was experiencing an allergic reaction – when it was actually just her £20,000 plumped up pout.

With Christmas looming, the 28-year-old hoped to get her filler topped up before the holiday season.
Sadly, though, she was “blacklisted by her former doctor – the 30th one to date – and has been searching high and low for another to keep her the queen of the ‘world’s biggest lips’ title.

Luckily, the former psychology student has found someone willing to carry out the work; at a whopping £450 charge per month.
“All the aesthetic doctors in my city refuse to give me new fillers,” Andrea told Need To Know.
“They all thought it was too much and worried about necrotising my lips because it can cut off blood flow.
“A lot of them are worried about their reputation.
“My last doctor said my lips were ugly and he blamed himself for the way they looked.
“I didn’t answer back, as I don’t want to argue.
“So I just found a different doctor.”

Andrea, from Bulgaria, even considered travelling abroad to keep up her monthly injections.
While her current doctor is in a different city, he’s not too far away – just pricey.
The influencer is now left having to fork out £300 more each month, totalling another £3,600 per year.
But despite the cost – and associated risks – she won’t stop.
She added: “I will never give up on lip augmentation.
“My family doesn’t like these procedures – they consider them harmful – but they are important for me.

“As well as adding volume to the face, they also add hydration and keep the tissue fresh.
“I’ve not had any allergic reactions to the fillers so far, as my body tolerates it well.
“My new doctor doesn’t mind giving me more, so I will continue to go to him.
“If I have to go abroad in the future, then I will.
“I won’t ever stop.”
