Sandra Bullock has listed her stunning high-rise condo for $4.5 million – and the views over Hollywood are incredible.
Nestled on the 22nd floor of the Sierra Towers skyscraper above the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, the two-bedroom property is one of the “most valuable and desirable” in the building.
It comes complete with 1,700-sq ft of space, with a central open kitchen spilling onto an open-plan living and dining area, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a terrace.
Of course, the high-rise wouldn’t be complete without wrap-around floor-to-ceiling glass walls so the breathtaking views can be enjoyed throughout the home.
The actress currently owns two properties in the building, but has chosen to sell the condo she purchased in 2014 for $3.6 million.
The space has undergone extensive renovations to suit her tastes, with bespoke cabinetry in the kitchen, neutral, earth-toned decor and luxe furnishings.
The condo was previously owned by fellow actor Matthew Perry, with other Sierra Towers residents including Adam Sandler, Kelly Osbourne and Courteney Cox. Former residents also include Cher, Elton John and Lindsay Lohan.
Building amenities include 24/7 concierge, doormen, valet parking, a fitness centre, sauna, and a large communal swimming pool.
Bullock, 57, can still enjoy the luxurious building thanks to her other property within the skyscraper, which she purchased in 2017 for $5.1 million.
The star has a portfolio of homes including two oceanfront houses in Malibu, a Beverly Hills cottage, a compound in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, a multi-story townhouse in New York, a multimillion-dollar mansion in Austin, Texas, several commercial properties in Austin, a New Orleans holiday home, and a $20 million mansion in the mountains above Beverly Hills.
Alan Long, of Avenue 8, told Jam Press: “This high-rise condominium is located in one of the most desirable areas in Los Angeles.
“It’s nestled in the foothills of a residential neighbourhood overlooking Sunset Boulevard and the entire LA basin from the skyline of Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.”
The property is currently on the market for $4.495 million with Joshua Greer of Hilton & Hyland and Alan Long of Avenue 8.
