The Bayern Munich team coach got stuck in traffic before their 3-1 Champions League defeat to Arsenal.

It was a night to forget for German giants on and off the pitch.

Friat Brhane, on his way to the Emirates Stadium, spotted two huge buses delayed in the busy London traffic.

Both coaches were carrying the Bayern Munich players to their first stage fixture against the Gunners.

The pair of buses got marooned in rush hour traffic in Hoxton Road, near Dalston, north London.

It was about two miles from the ground.

The footage was captured at 5:20 p.m. yesterday (26 Nov), as reported by Need To Know.

Unfortunately, Harry Kane, Michael Olise and gaffer Vincent Kompany’s frustration at the traffic jam was compounded on the pitch.

The reigning Bundesliga champions had gone 18 matches unbeaten before meeting Mikel Arteta’s side.

Goals from Jurrien Timber, Noni Madueke and Gabriel Martinelli gave the north London side all three points in an impressive victory.

Munich managed to score the first goal against Arsenal in the Champions League this season in the form of a 32nd-minute equaliser by Lennart Karl.

The Gunners’ victory put them top of the table with five wins from five, three points above the reigning champions PSG.

“I believe it might have affected the match,” claimed Friat, 37, who lives in the capital.

“They left quite late to get to the ground.

“They were stuck on that particular road for around five minutes.

“I really enjoyed the game.

“It was very interesting.”
