The pair shared a close bond, with Lucy previously describing her daughter as the reason she keeps going, as reported by Need To Know.
Friends and family have launched urgent appeals for information as concern grows over the missing woman.
Lucy is believed to have travelled to France for a festival in Brest before later heading to Paris.

Her last known location was the Bercy district of the French capital.
She is believed to have gone missing on 30 May.
Just weeks before her disappearance, Lucy proudly shared news of her daughter’s latest swimming achievement.
On 19 April, she posted: “My beautiful princess, level 3 with her swimming.
“So proud of you my Gracie Anne.”
Loved ones are now urging anyone who may have seen Lucy or spoken to her to come forward.

One social media user wrote: “This is Lucy Stemp.
“She’s a young woman from Kent who is missing in Paris.
“No one has heard from her in over a week and she has a little girl who needs her Mummy.
“Please share, her family are distraught.”
Lucy’s stepfather Sean said: “Lucy is my stepdaughter and is very vulnerable, she has been missing for over a week now.”
Family members fear Lucy may not have access to the help she needs to return home.
Efforts to trace her are ongoing, with reports that the British Embassy and Interpol are assisting in the search.
Paul Arnott, who helps locate missing Britons overseas, said: “Lucy Stemp, from Tonbridge, Kent, has been missing in France for approximately one week and her family are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“Lucy had travelled to France for a music festival in the city of Brest and is believed to have subsequently been in Paris.
