But it’s the compound’s unusual maximum-security underground bunker with accommodation for 20 people that sets it apart from many others.
Underneath a six-inch steel covering, the bunker has multiple bathrooms and two kitchens, a grow room, and a shooting range.
It’s set up for any eventuality, with solar power and an air purification system.
A recently built 14,000 square foot five-bedroom mansion is at the centre of the estate, overlooking a nine-acre private lake stocked with fish, and a state-of-the-art greenhouse for self-sustainability.
Built in 2018 and finished to the highest of standards, the luxury multi-level home boasts an open-plan layout with high ceilings and marble flooring flowing throughout.
Large windows and sliding doors give an inside/outside feel to the property, with expansive composite decking offering panoramic views around the home.
