Story by Jam Press (Hawaii Mansion) Pictured: The luxurious Hawaiian mansion. Luxurious mansion with its own 22-car showroom, wine cellar and amazing ocean views goes on sale for £11.3M. A Hawaiian mansion complete with a 22-car showroom, temperature-controlled wine cellar and amazing ocean views has gone on sale for $15million (£11.3million). The luxury home is sat on top of a tall rounded cliff – known as a bluff – on the North Shore of Kauai island, boasting three bedrooms, eight bathrooms and three kitchens over 11,159 sq ft of interior space. Entering the home on the upper level, the main living area features a wet bar and curved floor-to-ceiling windows with idyllic 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean. The owner is offered the choice of taking the elegant staircase or the lift downstairs to the temperature-controlled wine cellar and nearby fine art murals commissioned by the US state's best-known artists. The unique home also offers potential buyers its own Hollywood-style cinema with red velvet upholstery, 18 reclining seats, and its very own popcorn machine. You will be spoiled for choice with where best to entertain guests, having to choose among the saltwater pool overlooking the beach, the interior lap pool with fitness centre, the outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, the spa or the mansion's very own lagoon-style sandy beach. If you manage to fill the temperature-controlled car showroom with all of your 22 vehicles, there is always space in the mansion's garage, which can hold another four. Suffering from cabin fever inside your mansion? Never fear, as the house is close to the tranquil Anni Beach, with outer reefs and perfect snorkeling conditions. The home was built in 2001 by Dave Walters, the longtime CEO of Kauai-based Pahio Resorts, which was known for its early adoption of the concept of timeshare rentals. And if you have change left over, there's an adjoining 1.5-acre lot available for an extra $5million (£3.77m). Josh Jerma

Josh Jerman, the listing agent said: “In terms of square footage—it’s over 11,000 square feet—it’s the largest house for sale on Kauai.

“It’s unusual to have a house of this size and stature on Kauai.”
