A luxurious home worth £3.5 million could be yours for the price of a £10 ticket – and it comes complete with a sauna, cinema and tennis court.
The grand prize is the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw in the UK, offering the stunning 10,000sq ft property in the idyllic Cotswolds countryside to one lucky winner.
The six-bedroom house comes fully furnished and includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, heated outdoor pool, a sauna, gym, cinema room, tennis court, and en suite bathrooms.

The property is surrounded by glorious countryside, with the nature reserve Leckhampton Hill and Charlton Kings Common in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a stone’s throw away.
The opulent home has been built using local stone and timber to ensure it sits well within the local environment, having been designed with the Cotswolds topography in mind.
The house comes fully furnished, mortgage free and all stamp duty and legal fees are covered.
The winner is also given £50,000 cash to help them settle in, and is free to either live in the house, rent it out or sell it.

If the winner decides to use the house for holiday and long-term letting, estate agents estimate that the average monthly rental income is between £12,000 and £15,000.
Online entries cost £10 for 15, £25 for 40, £50 for 85, £150 for 320 or you can enter by post with no purchase necessary.
As well as making its grand prize winner a multi-millionaire, the draw will also support the RSPCA – with the campaign giving the charity a minimum donation of £100,000 guaranteed and a target raise of £500,000.
Chris Sherwood, the RSPCA’s Chief Executive, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Omaze on the Million Pound House Draw. This incredible support will be vital in ensuring we continue to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals across England and Wales.”

James Oakes SVP International at Omaze said: “We’re honoured to be helping the RSPCA raise money and awareness for the incredible work they do to help animals across the country.
“By offering this dream property in the Cotswolds, we’re not only giving people the chance to win an amazing house, but also raising money and introducing charities to brand new audiences. We’re proud that our method of fundraising has already raised £3,750,000 for six charities since we launched in the UK in 2020.”
Draw entries for the Cotswolds home are now available at www.omaze.co.uk.
The draw closes on 5 June 2022 for online entries and 7 June for postal entries.
The previous house draw – the seventh in the campaign so far – is a six-bedroom, £3 million house in the Lake District, raising funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK, which closes on 27 March.
