A model has thrown shade at Kanye West’s new girlfriend – saying she is trying to look like ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Julia Medeiros, 22, who lives in London but is originally from Brazil, knows all about being a celebrity lookalike – having previously gone viral thanks to her uncanny resemblance to Kim’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner.
The influencer, who has 14,000 followers on Instagram, commented on a snap of Kanye with new his new love, 25-year-old Chaney Jones.
In the snap – which was posted on Chaney’s Instagram – the couple can be seen clad in all black outfits, with Chaney wearing her hair in long, loose waves and strutting in heeled boots.
She captioned the post “date night”.
While her followers seemed to love the post, Julia was quick to add her thoughts, commenting: “You look exactly like a Kim Kardashian clone, crazy everyone wants to be like her.”
Speaking to Jam Press, Julia added: “The truth is that most of us are clones of the Kardashians, when we talk about butt or in relation to their curves and measurements. And I think everyone wants to be Kim Kardashian.
“Being a Kardashian has become a way of life and because of that, there are many women trying to be like them and now Kanye, who is separated from Kim, wants to make his girlfriends look like her because he doesn’t accept the end of his relationship.”
Julia previously made headlines thanks to her resemblance to the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling, Kylie.
Just two years apart in age, the pair are very similar in appearance with brown hair, big lips and voluptuous curves as well as height, with Julia 5’6 versus Kylie’s 5’5 frame.
Julia has been inundated with messages from people calling her the “Brazilian Kylie Jenner”.
On a video posted on TikTok, fans flocked to the comments section to discuss the similarities.
“OMG I thought Kylie Jenner got a nice tan. The resemblance!,” wrote one person, adding heart eyes emojis.
“Oh my goodness, Kylie Jenner is you? I’m shocked, you really look like Kylie Jenner, absolutely stunning,” added someone else. [sic]
