Fancy a slice of paradise once owned by Hollywood royalty? Now’s your chance.
Last month, it was announced Bruce Willis, 67, had been diagnosed with the degenerative brain condition aphasia and is drawing the curtain on his legendary 44-year Hollywood career.
Willis – worth an estimated $250 million (£192 million) – has been downsizing his real estate portfolio in recent years, having sold $65 million (£50 million) worth of property.
One of the several homes the A-lister put on the market includes a Caribbean property worth a cool $37.5million (£28.7million) according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com – which is now up for sale again.
And the dreamy home is a little slice of paradise.
The 35,000 sq-ft property in Turks and Caicos boasts 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and is surrounded by coconut, banana and papaya trees to offer privacy to the future owner.
Stand-out features include a tennis court, running trail, fitness centre and home cinema.
You can also get massages and facials, along with daily complimentary yoga classes, in the designated yoga space.
The home’s westward-facing orientation makes it perfect for catching the sunset, whether from the five-bedroom main house or one of the two three-bedroom guest villas.
Initially bought by the Die Hard Actor in 2000, the lot began as a simple concept – a tent on a private beach – which later evolved into the heavenly complex.
The property, now dubbed The Residence on Parrot Cay, also comprises of a luxurious 2,100-sq-foot master suite overlooking the white sand and turquoise water.
The outside is just as gorgeous as the inside with 17,000 sq ft of outdoor deck and not one, not two, not three but four pools.
And while relaxing in your swimming gear, you may spot neighbours Rolling Stones’ legend Keith Richards and DKNY founder Donna Karan.
Despite its many delights, Willis decided to part with his beloved Caribbean retreat in August 2019, where he married his Victoria Secret wife Emma Heming 10 years earlier.
The new owners forked out $27 million (£20.7m) for the compound, and decided to restyle and update the six-bedroom main house in 2020.
