Willis – worth an estimated $250 million (£192 million) – has been downsizing his real estate portfolio in recent years, having sold $65 million (£50 million) worth of property.
One of the several homes the A-lister put on the market includes a Caribbean property worth a cool $37.5million (£28.7million) according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com – which is now up for sale again.
