Linda Gray, star of ‘Dallas’, has listed her stunning California ranch for sale at $2.995 million.
Located in Santa Clarita, the actress – who played Sue Ellen Ewing in the hit show – has lived in the property for almost 50 years alongside husband Ed Thrasher.
The ranch is home to 500-year-old oak trees, giving it its name ‘Oak Tree Ranch’.
Built in 1973, the main house and two-storey guest house total five bedrooms and four bathrooms between them.
The ranch offers 4,800 square feet of amazing living space.
The main house contains three bedrooms, including a spacious office and home gym.
The bedrooms are decorated in relaxing neutral tones and furnished with wooden décor – in a nod to the ancient trees outside.
The kitchen features a long island and hanging lights.
The actress was also particular about her fireplaces – she wanted them high enough so that they can be seen while lying in bed and, for the kitchen fireplace, so it can be seen while working at the kitchen counter.
Meanwhile outside, there is a large swimming pool, an al fresco dining area, firepit, and full-size tennis court.
In the guest house, there are two further two bedrooms, as well as a kitchen and living room.
Only 35 minutes from Beverly Hills, the gated, three-acre equestrian estate has plenty of outdoor space, featuring stables, a tennis court, a large swimming pool and organic gardens with a koi pond and even a chicken coop.
Adapted to Linda Gray’s standards of functionality, the actress has made it a very comfortable place to live, saying “it hugs you with its warmth.”
The property – featured on TopTenRealEstateDeals – is listed by Billy Rose, Natasha Sizlo and Andea Korchek of The Agency for $2.995 million.
