A woman has gone viral on TikTok after sharing a video of her completing a drop set while at the gym – leaving fellow gym member in shock.
Nicole Osoria, 23, a personal trainer from Miami, Florida, filmed asking budding gym-goer, Daniel Mowdy, if he would help her complete a drop set.
While able to do this herself, she requested his assistance so she could “get more” out of the workout – which left him in shock as she showed off her strength.
“Daniel was in shock that I could lift this much weight and congratulated me after the set,” Nicole told Need to Know.
“He hyped me up and tried to help me up on the floor, but I needed a second.”
Nicole regularly films herself at the gym, as she likes to keep track of her own progress and growth for motivation.
In a bid to also help her clients and followers, she shares the videos on TikTok to her 531,000 followers.
In the clip, which received 36 million views and over 5.1 million likes, she can be seen going up to Daniel while he’s working out.
Shortly after, she asks if he can help her with the set before sitting in position under the weights.
As she gears up to do some hip thrusts, Daniel’s jaw drops in an impressive manner.
After each set, he helps her to take off some weights and as a final proud nod, he claps and shakes her hand.
One viewer commented: “Go girl, this is encouraging!”
Someone else said: “You motivated him for his entire life, he was pumped lmao I love this, but GET IT GURL,” [sic]
“Wow! You’re amazing! Goooo girlllll,” said another viewer. [sic]
“Why is this so hot,” someone else said.
However, some viewers didn’t agree with Nicole disrupting Daniel during his set.
One person said: “You couldn’t wait for him to finish his set?”
Another person commented: “Interrupted him mid set for something you could easily do yourself”
Nicole added: “A lot of people on the comment section think I’m a beast, others think Daniel fell in love with me.
“Some even want me and Daniel to date but then there’s some that seem very upset that I interrupted Daniels set.
“It’s definitely caught us off guard that the video reached so many people.
“I went to sleep and woke up the next morning with a million views – I was in shock.
“Daniel is now a really good friend of mine and we’ve made many other fun videos together.”
