A “serious bachelor pad” has gone on the market in the US for $1 million – and it comes with an indoor golf course.
The home, in Phoenix, Arizona, looks stunning from the outside, located in the desert with views of South Mountain.
But inside is something far more unique – a nine-hole putting green.
Set across the ground floor in lieu of more traditional carpets or parquet flooring, one area is decked out as an indoor golf course, with holes to collect the balls, white flags and even a ramp – adding an extra challenge for the more seasoned players.

As well as having its own course, the home is also located overlooking the 10th fairway of the local Grand Resort – the perfect spot to enjoy a few outdoor rounds.
Pictures of the quirky addition were shared on Facebook, where more than 3,000 people liked the post.
One user commented: “Well lookie there!! You can golf in the comfort of your own home and with AC.” [sic]
“So they live on a golf course with a golf course inside? Got it,” another person said.

Someone else added: “All fun and games till you come home after a night at the bar and sprain you ankle stepping in one of the nine small holes in the floor.”
“This is a serious bachelor pad,” another user commented.
Someone else said: “This is the only acceptable golf course. You don’t need to waste water on the greens, and you won’t get a sunburn.”
The rest of the property is slightly less exciting, but still retains some luxury finishes – including the freshly resurfaced swimming pool.
The home also takes full advantage of the panoramic views of the neighbouring mountain and resort.
“Prior to listing the property for sale, my client and I discussed whether or not the indoor putting green should be reverted back to a traditional living space,” property agent Benjamin Funke told NeedToKnow.online.
“Instead, we decided to showcase the whimsical essence of living in a spacious golf course property in the foothills of South Mountain, the nation’s largest city park.
“This home quite literally brings the outdoors inside with a sloped 9-hole putting green and just shy of 100 exterior windows.
“If you enjoy blue skies, green spaces, and sprawling mountain ranges, this Arizona home is for you.
“There is nothing quite like it.”
The property is currently on the market for $1,022,900 with Benjamin Funke of Homesmart.
