An avid gym-goer has been left with a bandaged nose after fainting while flexing his muscles.
Newas Sharif claims he was left lying on the floor until his nose started to bleed, where fellow gym-goers flocked to his aid.
His friend, who was recording at the time, initially believed the 27-year-old was acting and playing a joke, but quickly realised it wasn’t a prank.
The fitness influencer has since found the funny side to the unfortunate event and decided to upload the clip on TikTok, racking up 5.2 million views and over 417,000 likes.
“I basically passed out because I didn’t rest after my set, so my heart rate was high,” Newas, from the United Arab Emirates, told NeedToKnow.online.
“I was posing right after my set, as I was pumped and when I held my breath, I passed out for a few seconds.”
In the clip, he can be seen flexing his arms and muscles, before he loses balance and falls face-first into the mirror directly in front.
While the person recording continues filming, it’s unclear whether he’s playing a prank or not.
Then, a photo is shown of his face, where his nose is completely bandaged up.
Users flocked to the comments to share their reactions, with many praising the cameraman for his skills.

He added: “My friend found it funny for a second because he thought I was acting and making some funny [content].
“He realise later that I passed out for real.
“Even people in the gym know I make funny content a lot, so no one came to help until they saw blood from my nose and I was on the floor.”
