Built in 1838 for the Monteath family, the stunning property known as Wyndham Duchally Country Estate in on the market, and estate agents expect it will fetch offers over £7.5m. The hotel was awarded the 2023 Traveller’s Choice Award by TripAdvisor, making it one of the most sought-after holiday destinations in the world. Located at the base of the Scottish Highlands in Auchterarder, a small town north of the Ochil Hills in Perth and Kinross, it offers complete privacy while remaining in travelling distance to Edinburgh and Glasgow at 40 miles away. The stunning estate sits on 27 acres of land and has nine luxury en-suite bedrooms with modern interiors throughout, as well as a touch of traditional tartan in every room.
