The hapless bride-to-be Erica was surprised by her fella Fabrício.
As she stared at the cascading water, he showed the engagement ring to the camera.
He then approached her from behind before getting down on one knee and grabbing her hand.
She can be seen nodding her head as he pops the question.
But as she steps towards him on the slippery rocks, she loses her footing.
The couple and the cameraman burst into laughter after the mishap at the 15m tall Frade Waterfall in Ubajara, Brazil.
Tour guide Alex Lima said: “Check out the vibe of our itineraries.

“But the important thing is that she said yes.
