The small studio can be found in Old Brompton Road, London, situated in the upmarket Earl’s Court area, and comes with a rare price tag for the capital – priced at just £250,000.
But there is, of course, a catch.
As can be seen in the property listing, there is no room to stand in the ‘bedroom’ area, which has to be accessed via a wooden ladder.

Budding buyers will be sleeping right above their kitchen sink.
The recently refurbished studio, which to its credit is quite modern and fresh, contains a bed on a raised level to make the most out of the space.
There’s also a bathroom, kitchenette, and small living area.
“A superb modern studio flat, set in a beautiful period building in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea,” the description reads.
“The space has been fully utilised to its maximum potential.
“The sleeping area is on a raised level, providing more living space and there is a cleverly designed bathroom and kitchenette area creating a wonderful living accommodation.”

The ad also boasts that the property has “a wide range of amenities such as local shops, coffee bars, and restaurants” nearby
While the price of this tiny home might seem steep, it’s currently the cheapest studio in Earl’s Court available on Rightmove.
In fact, it’s £350,000 cheaper than the most expensive property in the area, featured on the site, which is priced at £600,000.
A bargain, if you don’t mind living in a box.
