A man who has spent the last 10 years turning himself into a “human doll” and almost died on the table is now going “plastic free”.

When Tyler Dyvig’s surgeon refused to do another operation on him, he was initially shocked.

But soon after, the 25-year-old influencer, who has spent £100,000 on his transformation, decided it’s time to give the obsession up altogether.

Tyler can be seen laying on a hospital bed with a blue cover over him and various tools.

Now working towards a “natural” look, he had his bicep implants removed last month – even appearing on E’s Botched.

“I had these done in the first place because I was so skinny,” Tyler, from New York, US, told What’s The Jam.

“It was hard for me to gain weight and I didn’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym, so I thought it’d be easier to just get the implants.

“But over time, I kept feeling an ‘obvious’ object under my skin, which shouldn’t be the case.

“It was really weird.

“I was also able to ‘flip’ and twist the implants easily.

“Turns out, it was all done wrong and instead of under the muscle, it had been put under the fatty tissue.”

Tyler takes every mistake as a “lesson” and doesn’t regret getting the implants done – even though it came with a costly price tag of $8,500 (USD) (£6,600).

A pair of scissors is pictured on a blue background next to Tyler's arm with the implant circled and sticking out.

On 22 February 2024, Tyler removed the implants.

He said: “I wanted to be able to have muscles naturally.

“There was no pain and I’m so happy now.

“Ever since having them removed, I’ve felt so much healthier.

“I’ve since started working with a trainer and I’m already seeing better results than from when I had the implants.

“I’ve also noticed less of the silicone sickness symptoms since they have been taken out.”

Tyler had previously opened up about his ordeal with the disease, which started as a result of “black market” BBL injections.

The content creator now warns others about the dangers of plastic surgery.

He added: “I won’t ever make the mistake of getting black market injections again, as it could’ve easily killed me.

“I thank god everyday that it didn’t.

“I hope to make a difference in someone else’s life with all I’ve been through.

“I don’t need surgery to be happy with myself, as I already look great.

“It’s very important for me to stay with a natural look and I never want to become someone who looks crazy because of being swept up in trying to look like someone they’re not.”
