But fans could watch her perform in the bar area of the Grosvenor Casino in Blackpool, Lancs, for nothing.
Her debut gig took place last night (27 Apr).
A Grosvenor Casino spokesperson said: “We’re thrilled to have Cheryl Ferguson gracing our stage.
“Best known for playing Heather in EastEnders, Cheryl has wowed fans with her stunning voice.”
The actress left the show after she was killed off in 2012.
Cheryl has made a variety of television appearances on shows such as This Morning and Loose Women.
But she has another secret talent.
Cheryl has reportedly taught singing lessons between jobs and has occasionally shown off her voice on social media and appearances at Pride festivals.
She also was spotted busking to promote night at her local Chinese takeaway in 2022.
Before the gig, she said: “Join me as I sing my little heart out to you all, let’s make it a night to remember.”
The casino also launched a competition online, as reported on What’s The Jam.
They offered a free selfie with Cheryl, an exclusive VIP booth, and a bottle of Prosecco to watch the performance.
