A luxury mansion belonging to Charlie Puth has gone up for sale with a hefty discount.
The four-bed property in Beverly Hills has a price tag of $14m – having previously been listed at $17m in November last year.
While the home’s listing doesn’t mention Puth, the celebrity property site, Robb Report, claims it is the singer’s longtime abode.
He reportedly purchased the mansion in 2017 for around $9m.

The 32-year-old singer-songwriter from New Jersey reached fame with songs including ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore,’ ‘Attention’ and ‘Someone Like You’.
The house was originally designed in 1965 by Rex Lotery, a well-known British architect born outside London, reports Need To Know.
The exterior features a mid-century design immaculately crafted from concrete, redwood, glass and stone.
Boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home showcases a formal entry hall, a step-down lounge with a two-storey ceiling and a built-in bar.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, there is plenty of natural light shining through – highlighting the oak window panes and bespoke wood detailing.
Additional highlights include an office with a private patio, a sunken family room with an original stone fireplace, a formal dining room, a marble breakfast bar and a laundry room.
The primary suite bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom with a sauna, rain shower, skylight, tub and dual marble vanity.
Outside, the garden offers complete privacy and provides the ideal setting for both relaxation and entertainment.
There is a generously sized heated pool with mountain and city views, an elevated dining patio, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a fire pit lounge.
The home is also gated with a long driveway and enclosed garage, which has been transformed into a fitness studio.
The property features on Carolwood Estates and is up for sale with James Harris and David Parnes.
