She then picked up a cheque for her second $1 million jackpot on Wednesday (1 May).
On this occasion, she played a $10 100X Cash scratchcard.
Wilson, who comes from Attleborough near Boston, said she never lost her habit of buying scratchcards, even after her bumper win 10 weeks ago.
She told Massachusetts Lottery that she spent some of her previous winnings on a brand new SUV.
Wilson said the latest jackpot will go into her savings account.
She chose to receive the prize in the form of a one-time payment of £517,829 ($650,000) before taxes.
The lucky lass bought her second winning ticket at Family Food Mart on East St in the town of Mansfield.
The store will receive a £7,966 ($10,000) bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Wilson purchased her first winning scratchcard at Dubs’s Liquors and Fine Wines on Chauncy Street in Mansfield, as reported by Need To Know.
