Meet the 27 contestants running for the title of Miss BumBum 2024 Brazil.
From models to digital creators and singers to dancers, this year’s competition promises to be the most exciting yet.
One of the women in the running, Lucimara Costa, even claims to be a lookalike of Rosângela Lula da Silva, commonly known by her nickname Janja, who is a lawyer and currently the First Lady of Brazil.
Since it began in 2011, the Miss BumBum contest has become a phenomenon, highlighting the beauty and self-esteem of Brazilian women while embracing the diversity of women’s bodies.
And this year’s competition, hosted in São Paulo, Brazil, is championing diversity and inclusion with a record number of transgender women participating.
But it has received its fair share of criticism after receiving £1.2 million of public funding at a time of economic crisis in the country.
The first phase of the pageant began on 9th July with a traditional running race on Avenida Paulista, one of the busiest streets in São Paulo, where the contestants represented the 27 states of Brazil.
Voting can be done online and the 15 most popular will advance to a fashion show.
The champion will be crowned later this year.
The winner will not only receive the Miss BumBum title but also advertising contracts.

VIVI LAUBE
Digital creator Vivi Laube has recently featured in Brazilian newspaper Meia Hora, and has 94cm of bottom with over 1,000 followers on Instagram (@vivilaube02).
She will be representing the state of Pará.
REBECA VILLAR
With 96cm of bottom, model Rebeca Villar is supported by more than 21,000 followers on Instagram (@rebecavillaroficial).
She is set to represent the state of Rio Grande do Norte.
MONIQUE MAGNANI
Digital creator Monique Magnani is hoping to wow the judges with 101cm of bottom.
She has over 20,000 Instagram followers (@moniquemaagnani) and is representing the state of Amazonas.
DIANDRA COX
With over 60,000 Instagram followers (@diandracox), Diandra Cox is ready to compete with 111cm of bottom.
The digital creator will be representing the state of Tocantins.
MAITE SASDELLI
Model Maite Sasdelli, who has partnerships in biomedicine, is hoping to wow the judges with 110cm of bottom.
With 173,000 supporters on Instagram (@maitesasdellireal), she will be representing the state of Rio de Janeiro.
SARAH LEE
With 105cm of bottom, model Sarah Lee has over 7,000 followers on Instagram (@sarahlee.musa).
She is set to represent the state of Acre.
DÉBORA FANTINE
Dancer, vocalist, actress and model Débora Fantine boasts 110cm of bottom and 106,000 followers on Instagram (@deborafantiine).
She is representing the state of Goiás.
ALEXIA DHEIN
Actress Alexia Dhein has 103cm of bottom and over 51,000 Instagram supporters (@alexiadhein).
She will be representing the state of Pernambuco.
KAROL KIMÉSHI
With 83cm of bottom and almost 58,000 Instagram followers (@karolkimeshi), Karol works as a model.
Karol will be representing the state of Rondônia.
SABRINA RABANNE
Artist Sabrina Rabanne has 102cm of bottom and over 25,000 followers on Instagram (@sabrinarabannereserva).
She will be representing Alagoas.
RAFAELA DIAS
Representing the state of Sergipe is content creator Rafaela Dias.
She has 107cm of bottom and over 28,000 Instagram followers (@rafaeladiasgomesoficial).
CRISTINA MADUREIRA
With 110cm of bottom, Cristina Madureira will be representing the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.

KANANDA FIDELLIS
Representing the state of Maranhão is fitness model Kananda Fidellis with 96.6cm of bottom.

IZA ZANKA
With 100cm of bottom, Iza Zanka is a model who even featured on a magazine cover in August of last year.
She will represent the state of Mato Grosso and has almost 2,800 followers on Instagram (@izazanka24).
PAMELLA MICHELINNY
With 115cm of bottom, fitness model Pamella Michelinny is representing the state of Bahia.
She has over 47,000 Instagram followers (@pamellamichelinny).
SONIA MARIA
Blogger Sonia Maria will be representing the state of Ceará and has 107cm of butt.

Representing the state of Amapá is digital creator Stefani Fernandes.

Representing the state of São Paulo with 110cm of bottom is fashion model, Gabriela Menegazi.
