Two dopey England fans realised they were fighting EACH OTHER as Three Lions and Dutch supporters clashed in the street.
The ugly scenes were witnessed in Albufeira, Portugal, between football shirt-clad holidaymakers from both countries.
It happened before the Euro 2024 semi-final which England won 2-1 on Wednesday (10 Jul).
The rival fans pushed and shoved each other outside Simply bar in Ave Sá Carneiro, in the resort popular with Brits.
A few punches were thrown before police or horseback rode in to break up the scuffles.
But two Three Lions fans, one in a red England shirt, the other in a white top, were grappling with each other.
They then realised they were friends and both on the same side.
They then embraced each other and cuddled in the street.
No arrests were made, as reported on Need To Know.
England fan, Will Ross joked: “Looks like they found true love at the end.”
John Sharp sarcastically added: “No alcohol was involved.”
Mahipal Choudhary fumed: “Once again fighting.”
Another quipped: “Brawl rules 101, don’t fight your people.”
One said: “This is peak England.
“Somehow this should be on the £5 note.”
England beat the Dutch thanks to a last-minute winner from striker, Ollie Watkins.
Harry Kane had cancelled out Xavi Simons’ early opener.
The Three Lions now face Spain in the final in Berlin on Sunday (14 Jul).
