An influencer and model has been branded a “disgrace” online after sharing images from a ‘Care Bear’-themed photoshoot.
Janaina Prazeres recently made headlines after being voted the ‘Perfect Woman’ by Playboy due to her body’s proportions.
But the 35-year-old, who boasts over 504,000 followers on Instagram, has now landed herself in hot water.

In a set of photos, she can be seen wearing a skimpy outfit that Janaina says was inspired by the famous Care Bear children’s characters.
“At the time, I wanted to do something that was playful and fun,” the São Paulo native told Need To Know.
In the post’s caption, Janaina says that her idea was “not well received” but this “didn’t stop me from following my heart!”
She added: “I decided to bet on the playful and fun idea and produced my own trial [photo shoot].
“Even though I know that not everyone would love me, I believe and defend freedom of expression and the importance of maintaining my authenticity.
“Every detail was thought out with care and dedication to bring a touch of childhood and joy.
“Thank you all for your unconditional support and always standing by my side!”
The photos have not gone down well with Instagram followers.
“This is extremely inappropriate. These characters marked the childhood of many people and should not be used in this ‘sexy’ way”, said one person.
Someone else added: “Really, Janaina? It exceeded all the limits of common sense, huh. Turning something so innocent into sensual content is disgraceful.”
Since the backlash, Janaina appears to have deleted and/or modified some of the negative comments from her post.
