A Porsche driver has been accused of chasing a biker who later died after a row over breaking his wing mirror.
Shocking CCTV footage shows the yellow sports car allegedly driver by Igor Ferreira Sauceda apparently speeding behind Pedro Kaique Ventura Figueiredo.
The Porsche appears to ram the biker into a post, with the motor left badly damaged.
The horror smash took place on Interlagos Avenue in São Paulo, Brazil, in the early hours of Monday (29 Jul).
Dad-of-one Pedro, 21, was taken to hospital, but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
According to witnesses, the pair became embroiled in a row after the biker smashed a wing mirror.
Ferreira, 27, was charged with manslaughter.
However, the charge was upgraded to intentional homicide after the police interviewed witnesses and reviewed the CCTV footage.
In a statement, the suspect said the biker changed lanes abruptly and hit his vehicle, breaking the mirror.
He claimed he tried to swerve to avoid colliding with the biker, but ended up hitting him before crashing into the pole and a tree.
His girlfriend, who was in the car at the time, was hospitalised with minor injuries.
Ferreira underwent a breathalyser test and was not found to be over the limit, as reported by Need To Know.
He was placed under arrest and is due to appear in court this week.
The victim leaves behind a wife and a three-year-old son.
