A mum who hit headlines after revealing that she can’t go to the beach with her kids without getting constant stares has finally got her “super-sized doughnut breasts” reduced.
Mum-of-two, Tracy Kiss has battled “soul-destroying stares” from women who thought she was “after their husbands” for years.
Meanwhile, constant unwanted comments and looks from strangers because of her appearance upset her daughter and son, aged 16 and 12, respectively.

Having wanted a change for very long – earlier this week (28 July), the 36-year-old went under the knife – to have a life-changing breast reduction in Turkey, paying £4,500 for the operation.
“Before my surgery, I was incredibly excited and really looking forward to completing my transformation,” Tracy, who owns a small business, from Buckinghamshire, England, told Need To Know.
“I want to go back to a more natural appearance as I’ve stepped away from hair extensions, nail extensions, lash extensions, fake tan and makeup.
“The surgery went amazingly.
“I no longer have super-sized round doughnut breasts, but a naturally full bust that is soft and feminine, which I adore.
“As soon as I woke up from surgery, I was amazed at how wonderful I felt… I’ve had no pain at all, have been up and about, fully dressed and left the hospital less than 24 hours later to enjoy beautiful Istanbul.”
The surgery took three hours, taking Tracy from an 825cc, 32H cup to a 600cc, 32C cup.
The mum’s children are also overjoyed with the transformation.
She said: “My children are very happy and I’ve video-called to say that I’m doing great and surgery was a success.
“Being away in another country for surgery allows me to rest up without any responsibility and return home when most of any swelling and bruising has subsided, so that I look healthy and well.
“I’m enjoying most wonderful feel-good vibes from returning to a natural appearance.
“The sensation of taking the correct path in life where everything falls effortlessly into place and your gut instinct tells you that you’ve made the right choice.
“I truly think that a healthy diet and lifestyle puts you in the best position possible to recover from surgery unscathed with such positive energy and enthusiasm.”
In the meantime, Tracy hopes to enjoy Istanbul as much as she can.
She said: “I’ve had the most wonderful time – driving yachts, meeting the local cats, shopping.
“And enjoying plenty of fresh and healthy vegan food to keep my athletic lifestyle on track.
“Having a breast reduction has made me feel more of the woman that I truly am, rather than when my breast implants were as big as my head and outrageous.
“My future feels so bright and beautiful, everything that I put my heart and mind to turns to gold.
“I believe in the law of attraction and surrounding yourself with all that is on your level, meeting others with love, compassion and respect and receiving the same in return.
“We do not need to look outward to feel beautiful or good enough, true happiness comes from within.”
In difference to recent horror stories of Brits flying over to Turkey for cheaper surgeries, Tracy says that her surgeon, Dr Salih Onur Basat, and his team took great care of her.
She added: “They made the entire process of travelling abroad for surgery so comfortable, convenient and cathartic.
“I highly recommend ladies reconsidering past breast enhancement choices, because it’s never too late to find the freedom of downsizing
“Society tells us that bigger is better but I’m proof that it’s not always the case.
“I feel so much more confident, classy and understated with a bust that is more natural to my build – not to mention the weight loss of removing a few kilograms from my chest!
“Finally I can slip into clothes and lingerie without looking like a lollipop.”
