An influencer and model who claims to have spent £758,000 to transform her appearance says her beauty has now become a “prison”.
Janaina Prazeres recently made headlines after being voted the ‘Perfect Woman’ by Playboy due to her body’s proportions.
But the 35-year-old – who first went under the knife aged just 18 – has now found herself questioning her good looks.

The influencer, who boasts over 621,000 Instagram followers, is finding her new title and beauty has significant downsides.
“People expect me to be impeccable all the time,” the São Paulo native told Need To Know.
“Any small flaw becomes a reason for criticism.
“If I’m without makeup, for example, I get comments saying I look like a completely different person.
“The expectation is not only exhausting but also distances me from living a more carefree and spontaneous life.
“My appearance has become a prison.”
Janaína is also tired of people constantly objectifying her.
She said: “Being too beautiful sometimes makes people view me as an object or a trophy.
“It is also difficult to maintain female friendships, as I often sense a competitive and envious atmosphere.
“This makes it hard to form genuine relationships.
“I have learned to stand up for myself and set boundaries, so that people respect me beyond my physical appearance.
“Some work opportunities have even been limited because my beauty often overshadows my other qualities, which leads people to underestimate my professional skills.”
In terms of aesthetics, Janaína has invested around $300,000, (£228,000) in plastic surgery to achieve her current appearance.
This includes rhinoplasties, liposuction and the removal of a rib, among other procedures [please see below for summary of surgeries].
Despite recent challenges, she has no plans to stop altering her body and face.

Janaina added: “Over the years, I’ve spent more than one million dollars (USD) on these procedures including hospitalisations, botched surgeries, health insurance, and recovery.
“But my journey isn’t over – I am now getting $100,000 reconstruction surgery for my butt.
“Being considered ‘perfect’ does not define who I truly am.
“There’s so much more to me than what people see.
“I hope that, in the future, women will be recognised not only for their beauty but also for their other qualities and merits.”
