A speeding driver has been arrested for killing an OAP cyclist after mistaking him for a thief.
Azaan Khan, 78, was sent flying into the air after the 21-year-old driver chased him down in his car.
The unnamed driver had suffered a burglary at his home just moments before and was out looking for the culprit.

He came across Azaan on the street in Carapichaima, Trinidad and Tobago.
The area has seen a surge in burglaries by criminals riding bicycles in recent weeks, according to local reports.
But Azaan is not suspected of taking part in any criminal activities and was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Without hesitation, the young driver accelerated towards the elderly man and rammed him high into the air.
Sickening CCTV footage shows the motorist hitting the OAP at an incredibly high speed.
As the victim flies through the air, his baseball cap lands on the spot where he was struck just moments before.
Azaan was thrown high into the air before hitting a wall.
He was killed on the spot at around 7.30pm on 18 October.
Local residents remembered him as a calm and well respected citizen, as reported by Need To Know.
When the young driver learned about the OAP’s death, he realised what he had done and handed himself over to the police.
The 21-year-old suspect was placed under arrest and faces charges of murder for allegedly killing the cyclist.
The investigation is ongoing.
