An investigation into manslaughter has been opened up by the Rome Public Prosector’s Office, as reported by Need To Know.

Medical records have been seized to determine whether the centre was adequately authorised to perform complex cosmetic surgery such as rhinoplasty.
Investigators are also looking into whether Margaret’s health had been properly assessed before going under anaesthesia.
The family’s lawyer, Alessandro Vinci, explained that the autopsy will be decisive in establishing the exact causes of death.
