An influencer was hospitalized after coming down with a mystery illness, causing her to cancel her appearance at an awards show.
Briggitte Bozzo, who has millions of followers online, sparked concern amongst her fans after sharing her condition online.
The 23-year-old revealed that she had become dehydrated, and extremely nauseous, triggering her to go to hospital.
She was set to attend this year’s Kids’ Choice Awards in Mexico as a nominee but was forced to pull out of the event.
In a video that she shared on social media which was only available to view for 24 hours, she apologized to her fans.
She could be heard saying: “Today I had the Kids’ Choice Awards.”
“I already had my outfit, I had everything, but well I got dehydrated, I started vomiting a lot.
“They started to give me a lot of things, I couldn’t sleep all night, and now I’m getting medicine.”
Her videos came as a worry to her followers as she appeared in a hospital gown attached to a drip.
She was tearful in the video and expressed that her symptoms had worried her and left her in intense pain.
The actress and influencer’s family was thought to be hospitalized due to carrying an excessive workload, as reported by Need To Know.
Nothing has been confirmed by herself or her family members, however.
Many fans have speculated about the state of her health, and it was reported that her stylist, Lau Stylist, went live in a video on social media.
In the clip, he made a claim that Briggitte had not been eating well, and could have suffered a decline in her health due to a poor diet.
Lau also commented and said that he had seen a rash start to appear on the internet star’s face, which he presumed could be a side effect of medication.
Whilst he did not go into more detail, he took the opportunity to remind others to take better care of themselves.
Briggitte has since returned to social media sharing a video of herself with some flowers at what looks like it may be her home.
In the video, she looks glamorous and appears to be in high spirits, indicating that she is now on the mend after the health scare.
