A nine-year-old girl died after a suspected allergic reaction from eating a plate of gnocchi at a restaurant.
Martina Fumiatti may have been killed by a severe allergic reaction to wheat in the dish, it is feared.
She had been out for lunch with her parents at the time.

She suffered spasms, nausea, vomiting and breathing difficulties before being rushed to hospital.
But she was in cardiac arrest when she arrived and despite medics restarting her heart, she was declared brain dead the day after.
Local reports suggest the girl had gone for the meal out after being taken to hospital for tests on her lungs.
The eatery was in Rome, Italy as reported by Need To Know.
An investigation has now been launched into whether the rules on allergen reporting were correctly applied by restaurant staff.
Or whether there may have been some other error on the part of the operators.
The parents agreed to the donation of her organs which were taken by a dedicated team.
