A model has undergone secret surgery to the tune of £5,000 in a bid to have a better sex life with her husband.
Gitte Von G is known for her many surgical enhancements and saucy bedroom activities.
The 44-year-old is in a happy open marriage with her husband of 20 years but recently wanted to put more focus on their intimacy.
Her friends and family have no idea but not long ago, Gitte went under the knife in an effort to boost her sexual pleasure, as well as that of her husband’s.
And she claims the procedure has worked wonders for them.
“It was fine before but now it’s great – the sex is mind-blowing,” the model told Need To Know.

“Sex just feels so much better and things are much naughtier between us.
“I think, definitely in this area, it’s added the spark back that we didn’t realise was missing.”
The procedure in question? Anoplasty, which involves repairing and reconstructing the anus.
Gitte, from Denmark, felt self-conscious about the look and feel of this body part and maintains that she did the surgery for herself.
Having better sex is just a great bonus.

The model underwent the procedure on 5 November 2024 but has only just recovered from the “excruciating” side effects, which she rated an “11 out of 10” on the pain scale.
Apart from her husband, Gitte says the process was kept a secret from everyone – including her other lovers.
She said: “I told my husband I wanted to have it done and he was very supportive.

“It’s important for me that absolutely everything looks sharp and I wasn’t satisfied with this part of my body.
“I’ve always wanted to have this done but because of how painful it is for up to six weeks afterwards, I had to build up some courage.
“It is seriously [agonising] as you can’t sit, walk and you can’t do anything else [in that area] either.

“But now, all the pain is gone and everything is back to normal.”
Gitte was intrigued about how her other lovers would react.
She added: “I honestly don’t think my lovers noticed the difference at first.

“But when they eventually did, they became excited with curiosity about how it’s going to feel.
“It looks great and now, I no longer have to hide that part of my body.
“But it’s not something I’d recommend to anyone else – it was very personal decision.”
