A poor man was left screaming in pain after getting TWEEZERS stuck inside his willy
Despite the painful predicament, the unnamed 54-year-old was miraculously still able to wee.
But the foreign body did present some challenges.

He went to hospital where he left doctors stunned.
A physical examination revealed that the tip of the tweezers was protruding from the man’s penis.

It caused him to scream in pain every time he went to the bathroom.
At a hospital in Indonesia, medics pressed the base of the man’s penis to prevent the tweezers from going further inside while an extraction was performed under anaesthetic.
While an incision was required, the object’s removal was partially facilitated by the wound itself.
The case study notes: “Urethral injuries are never life-threatening, but if left untreated can lead to significant morbidity.

“Inserting a foreign object is a common practice for self-harm.”
His treatment after the complex removal involved giving him the correct support to manage his illness going forward.
It was revealed in the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports, as reported by Need To Know.

Listing similar incidents, the journal noted that several objects have been inserted into male genitalia by people suffering from psychiatric disorders, including a 65cm metal cable and two nails.
