A plastic surgeon has shared his most extreme tummy tuck transformations online, with viewers fascinated by results.
With 574,000 followers on TikTok, Dr Stamatis Sapountzis’ work often attracts millions of views.
The surgeon, who has 20 years’ worth of experience, is particularly known for remoulding patient’s stomachs by removing excess fat to create a tight, toned look.

“For most of my patients, surgery is not just about physical transformation – it’s an emotional journey,” Dr Stamatis told Need To Know.
“Many have considered the procedure for years before finally finding the courage to proceed.

“It’s incredibly rewarding to witness how this positively impacts their confidence and overall well-being.”
The surgeon says the cost of him performing a tummy tuck operation varies “significantly” depending on the complexity of the procedure.
According to the health insurance company, MyTribe, the average price of a tummy tuck in the UK ranges from £6,500 to £9,500.
In before and after photos, Dr Stamatis shows the patient right before they head in for surgery – with markings drawn on their bodies to document where the incisions will be made.
The ‘after’ shot reveals their appearance right after they have gone under the knife – complete with bruises and bandages – to show the difference in the stomach’s appearance.
