A popular food influencer’s 16-year-old son has died in a road accident.
Rajaini Jain, who is also known as Chatori Rajani, announced the news on her social media page to her 624,000 followers.
The content creator, who is popular for sharing food-related content, often featured her son, Taran Jain, in her videos.

According to Rajaini’s post, her son died on 17 February.

“Please pray for his soul and the beautiful journey,” she wrote to her followers.
The teenager was reportedly travelling home from tuition studying when the incident occurred.
Taran was last seen giving his mum a hug in one of Rajaini’s videos on 5 February.
Her husband, Sangeet Jain, also regularly appears in posts on his wife’s social media.
“With heavy hearts, we share this loss,” Rajaini’s post read.

“With a shattered heart, we share the unbearable news that our beloved gem, Taran Jain, has passed away in a road accident.
“Please pray for our son’s new journey.”
Rajaini also announced the details of a Shok Sabha, or memorial service, for Taran.
This is set to take place today (19 February), at Terapanth Bhawan, in the city of Chhatarpur, Delhi, India.
The influencer’s followers have offered messages of support to Taran’s family, as reported by Need To Know.

Piyush said: “So heartbreaking. May he rest in peace.”
Riya commented: “Oh God I can’t believe this. So sorry to hear this.”

“I am deeply sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you in this difficult time. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers,” wrote Aditi.
Sanket added: “I can’t believe this. This is so shocking. I can’t even imagine what you guys must be going through at this time. So sorry for this loss.”

“Rest in peace, Taran. I didn’t know you, and I know you can’t read this, but wherever you are, continue being positive,” Shourya wrote.
