A skilful trucker managed to save himself and his passenger when their lorry’s brakes failed.
Dramatic dashcam footage shows the moment when the men realised there was a problem with their vehicle.
The young driver could be seen with a terrified look on his face as they hurtled down the bendy single-carriageway.

But he managed to concentrate and keep his cool, even as his passenger leant over and tried to grab the controls.
The footage shows how the trucker managed to dodge other lorries parked on either side of the narrow road.
He skilfully managed to negotiate a series of bends – each one sharper than the last – a whisker away from a precipitous drop.
As the men were knocked around in the cab, the driver managed to keep himself in his seat and steer the lorry into a rocky verge.
The pair were jolted but appeared unscathed as the truck came to an abrupt stop.
It happened on Saturday (15 Mar), it is understood, in Nepal.
One local said: “That driver was locked in with adrenaline.
“Handled that about as well as it was possible to have done.”
But another added: “I’m guessing he broke his arm or shoulder grabbing the seat during the crash.
“And there’s a seatbelt right there…”
A third said: “Everyone is like ‘great job’.
“But the real heroes are those who inspect their brakes regularly, don’t overload the vehicle, and don’t try to do a mountain pass in one take.”
