A horse trainer appeared in court today (Tues) accused of grievous bodily harm.
Evan Williams, 54, allegedly “unlawfully and maliciously caused GBH” to another man, Martin Dandridge.
It allegedly happened near his racehorse stables out the outskirts of Cardiff on December 4 last year.
During the five-minute hearing at Cardiff Magistrates Court, Williams was told by district judge Charlotte Murphy his case must be heard at a crown court, as reported on Need To Know.

Williams, who entered no plea, will appear at Cardiff Crown Court next month.
The defendant, dressed in a navy suit and polka dot tie, was given bail.
