A super fit gran has revealed her “intense” relationship with a man 20 years younger than her – and says the sex is the “best” she’s ever had.
Andréa Sunshine, as she’s known online, regularly hits the headlines due to her fitness tips – and spicy antics.
The 55-year-old is no stranger to dabbling with younger men and recently revealed her holiday fling with twins half her age.

Now, though, she’s ditched her dating freedom to become a committed cougar to a toyboy who’s 20 years younger than her.
Andréa met Federico, 35, after moving to a new country two weeks ago – and since then, the pair have been inseparable.
Especially in the bedroom.
“The chemistry between us is incredibly intense,” the fitness coach told Need To Know.
“Even when he’s not with me, I can still feel it in my skin.
“The sex is something else; it’s electric.
“Beyond that, it feels like energy flowing through my body in a way I’ve never experienced before.
“We connect beyond the skin – it’s a full-body, full-soul kind of intimacy.
“Younger men today tend to be more open-minded and curious.
“Federico sees me, he listens to my body and that makes everything different.
“It’s not about technique, it’s about energy.
“He brings emotional intensity and playfulness at the same time.
“There’s no pressure, no ego.
“It’s sacred in how we explore each other.”
Andréa, who is from Brazil but has recently moved to Rome, says they met “by chance”.
She worried that revealing her age would be a make-or-break factor, though.
She said: “It was an instant connection – the kind where time slows down and nothing else matters for a moment.
“He had no idea how old I was.
“He guessed 40 at first.
“I didn’t know if telling him my age would put him off, but I knew I had to be transparent.
“Our connection was like something out of a movie – and I couldn’t let that go.
“I did worry that he may only think of me as a sugar mummy, but that wouldn’t bother me if I got to have him.
“But he wasn’t fussed about money in the slightest.
“That says more about the vibe between us than anything else.
“He was attracted by my energy, sensuality and presence.
“There’s no exchange or power imbalance with us.”
Federico is currently travelling across China and while he’s away, Andréa is counting down the days until she gets to see him again.
She added: “I can’t wait to pick up from where we left off.
“I’m keeping my heart open, as life is unpredictable.
“But so is love.
“We’ve talked about travelling together, and sharing more life experiences, but I’m not setting rigid expectations.
“He’s deeply awakened something in me, though.
“I feel more alive, more grounded in my body and more connected with my femininity.
“It’s reminded me that it’s never too late to feel desire and joy.
“He’s a gift sent from above, no matter where this journey leads.
“It’s shaping up to be something truly unexpected.
“I truly feel like he’s my soulmate.”
