Whilst sharing their tea experience the luxury department store sparked the age old debate of whether jam or cream comes first on a scone.
Harrods stated: “It’s the eternal question: jam first, or cream?
“At The Georgian, we leave the decision up to you but tea before milk is non-negotiable.”
Eleanor Crowe said: “Cream, always.”
Laure Peebles said: “Jam first.”

Billie Gauron added: “The jam selection at the Georgian is amazing.”
Smith Ash said: “Butter, jam, cream.”
Another added: “Cream first then jam.”

One other said: “Always cream first.”
