An OAP was spotted driving his mobility scooter down a motorway.
The unnamed man was filmed by stunned police officers as he casually cruised down one of the lanes.
The cops called for help and an officer on a motorbike helped to guide the man off the road.

In the video, the officer can be seen driving in front of the elderly man as the police car trails behind them, as reported by Need To Know.
The man was eventually escorted into the right-hand lane so that he could exit safely.
The road often causes confusion because people don’t understand how to interpret nearby signage, according to local press.
It has been reported that scooters, cyclists and even pedestrians have come close to travelling on the road accidentally.
The video was filmed on the Ring West, in Groningen, a city in the northern Netherlands.
