A ‘forever young’ mum who is often mistaken for being her daughters’ sister has revealed the secrets behind her ageless appearance – as she bats off advances from men in their 20s.
Jennifer Belen is 52 years old but is often told she looks decades younger.
The mum-of-three is “living proof” that age really can be just a number – especially when you’re armed with a silk pillowcase, an ice roller and a strict SPF routine.
Jennifer admits that her youthful glow isn’t all natural – she spends hundreds a month to maintain it.
“Honestly, it’s such a gentle thrill when people mistake me for being younger,” Jennifer told Need To Know.

“It’s not about vanity – it just feels like a quiet affirmation that how I care for myself, inside and out, is showing up in ways I didn’t even expect.
“It makes me smile every time.
“There’s often a little gasp, followed by, ‘Wait, what? No way. Tell me everything you’re doing.’
“People always mistake me for being my daughters’ sister, too – Jenna, 28, Shayna, 25 and Jade, 23.
“Most guess that I’m in my mid-to-late 30s.
“The look on their faces when I reveal that I’m 52 is priceless.
“I have been hit on by younger men in their 20s, but I’m married.
“When my girls were younger, they didn’t particularly love me getting attention, but now they appreciate it.
“It was mostly because they are protective of me.
“These days, they actually like having a mom who gets mistaken for their sister.”

Jennifer, who runs a medical spa called Thrive Medspa and lives with her husband in New Jersey, US, says her appearance is a mix of top-shelf skincare, advanced treatments and “good vibes only” energy.
But it’s not all natural.
The mum flogs up to £220 a month on skincare and spent $30,000 for a face and neck lift just a few weeks ago.
Jennifer said, “It feels nice to be seen.
“I’ve focused on youth and I’ve chased health, peace and balance.
“Maybe it shows in my energy more than my skin.
“I have done a lot of non-surgical treatments for years – but I also chose a lower face and neck lift just a few weeks ago to keep that youthful look going.
“It was an investment in how I want to feel when I look in the mirror.
“I did it thoughtfully and researched thoroughly.
“My surgeon, Dr Shikara, is amazing.”
Jennifer’s beauty cupboard is always stocked with medical-grade skincare, and her schedule includes LED facials and IV drips.
She also swears by facial massages and tinted SPF – but above all, laughter – as her daily go-to methods for looking fresh.
Jennifer added, “Someone once asked if I had a fake ID, but to make myself older.
“I think they genuinely thought I was joking about being over 50.

“I laughed and showed them my license.
“I cleanse gently, hydrate like it’s my job, and I never skip SPF, even on cloudy days.
“Nighttime is all about layering – a nourishing serum, a buttery moisturiser and a little under-eye love.
“I think I was blessed with pretty good genes somehow – I don’t even really have grey hair, only about 10 little strays.
“I also stay hydrated, try to laugh more than I stress and surround myself with people who lift me.
“I believe everything will work out and that energy absolutely shows in your face.”
