Doctors were left stunned after a man complaining of stomach pain was found to have a wristwatch, nuts and bolts lodged inside his body.
The 34-year-old was rushed to hospital by worried relatives after suffering severe tummy ache and struggling to eat or drink.
Medics were shocked when scans revealed a watch stuck in his oesophagus, along with iron fragments, nuts and bolts trapped in his large intestine, as reported by Need To Know.

X-ray images showed the bizarre collection of metal objects crammed inside the man’s stomach.

Doctors initially tried to remove the items using endoscopy, but were forced to perform a three-hour operation to get everything out.
The objects – including the watch – were taken out through a small incision in his abdomen, with gory footage showing the moment surgeons pulled them free.
The man was admitted to Sawai Mansingh Hospital in Jaipur, India, on 9 October.
Thankfully, he is now said to be recovering well after the stomach-turning surgery.
