The entire structure is now seriously damaged with a risk of collapse, according to the authorities.
Nearby buildings and a school were also affected as the blast was felt as far away as 6.2 miles (10km).
At the education centre, at least one classroom had smashed windows, overturned furniture and cracked walls.

The explosion took place in the neighbourhood of Rahova in the Romanian capital Bucharest on Friday (17 Oct).
Mirela was at home with her 17-year-old brother when it rocked the building.
He was injured, but survived the blast.
Mirela and her unborn daughter perished when the apartment block partially collapsed.
Two other people were killed and 17 others were injured.
Residents have been evacuated from the building as the authorities investigate the cause of the explosion.
Several locals said the council was carrying out work on the gas mains the day before, as reported by Need To Know.
They said they could detect the smell of gas in the air, suggesting a possible leak.

According to the building management team, the explosion was caused by the central heating system in one of the apartments.
They said the gas supply had been cut off the day before, but a minor leak was apparently enough to trigger the blast.
Mirela’s family has been left without a home and possessions.
They have launched a crowdfunding campaign on social media to help cover the costs of Mirela’s funeral and lost belongings.
An investigation into the cause of the explosion is ongoing.
