With Halloween around the corner, one mum has revealed her mission to stay forever young by getting her blood filtered.
Tracy Kiss was left “shocked” after splashing out £1,995 for a peristaltic pump to extract blood from a peripheral vein into a dialysis chamber.
The 36-year-old, from Buckinghamshire, who has two kids, was “knocked out” afterwards with the best night’s sleep she’s had in a long time.
She also noticed that she was able to lift more at the gym with less effort and her overall energy levels were renewed.
“Halloween is all about fake blood and the living dead, whereas biohacking is to not die and grow younger,” she told Need To Know.
“I was so shocked to see 400ml of waste removed from my blood, as it’s a very large amount considering I have such a healthy active lifestyle.
“I felt relaxed and sleepy after, as the filtering takes away some good vitamins as well as all the bad stuff, so I got a vitamin B complex drip at the end to restore the balance.
“[After the procedure], I didn’t think much about it as I just carried on with life.
“But when I went to the gym to have my everyday maintenance workout, I thought the machines were broken because I could do everything much faster and harder with far less effort.
“I also slept so hard after my treatment – knockout sleep that night, which was wonderful, as I’m usually a very light sleeper and toss and turn so much.
“It’s incredible, like servicing a car to ensure that the engine is fine-tuned; it improves every aspect of the body and health.”
Tracy also discovered that she had “severe inflammation” from food intolerances, and she’s now adjusting her diet.

She had the procedure, known as EBOO, done at Harley Street Medics.
She said: “We invest so much time and attention to the superficial in life, covering up skin complaints and disguising hair loss and deterioration.
“While entirely ignoring the bacteria, fungus, heavy metals, microplastics, toxins and chemicals that pump through our veins and cause these issues.
“It may look strange or the concept of pumping blood out of your body [might feel] bizarre, but the process is so beneficial for health.
“I filter the limescale from my kettle and the impurities from my tap water, so why not filter our bodies, which are predominantly liquid also.
“I feel like a woman reborn.”
