First up, kiwis.
“Eat kiwis for your digestion because they contain actinidin, which is an enzyme that helps break down protein,” the California-based doctor told Need To Know.
Next up on the list of dietary essentials: papaya.

Dr Sethi explained, “Eat papaya for your stomach, because papain supports digestion and reduces bloating.”
Unusually, the medical expert also suggests eating slightly green bananas, as this helps your gut microbiome due to the fact that they are high in resistant starch that supports healthy gut bacteria, as well as keeping blood sugar stable.
Finally, Dr Sethi suggests eating guava to aid in digestion.
Guava is packed with fibre and vitamin C, both of which help support smooth and regular bowel movements.
